Having Unauthorized Tencent Charges on Vodafone Bill

For the past two months, my Vodafone bill has been unusually high due to mobile payment charges. When I contacted Vodafone customer service, they told me to reach out to Tencent. However, I cannot find any customer service number or contact information for Tencent. This month my bill is $79, and last month it was nearly $48. I did not make any of these payments.

Vodafone claims the charges were made from my device, but I do not understand how that could be possible. I request an immediate response from Tencent regarding this issue.
