Unauthorized Tencent Games Charge on My Account

Hello, two separate charges of ₺749.99 each have been added to my bill under the name of Tencent Games service via mobile payment. I do not even have a PUBG account, nor is the app installed on my phone. It appears that a third party has somehow used my phone number to make these unauthorized payments. Since I did not approve or initiate this transaction, I am requesting an immediate refund of these charges. I expect a prompt resolution, as I should not be held responsible for unauthorized actions that occurred without my consent.
