Vodafone's Delayed Refund and Customer Service Woes

A device campaign that was canceled on May 19th has become a nightmare for me. Despite not purchasing the promotional device, Vodafone has been deducting charges from my bills for two billing cycles. The amount that should have been refunded within 5 days has been missing for 37 days. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, and they claim to keep records of all interactions, but there has been no resolution yet. Countless minutes of my time and precious internet data have been wasted dealing with this issue. I have explained the same problem to representatives multiple times, and they either blame the management or the system, but 37 days have passed, and I still haven't received my money. Today, I received exorbitant price increases in my bill envelope. You may find this trivial, but due to the deduction for a phone I never received, I couldn't even give pocket money to my children for the holiday. While reading this, you might find it amusing, but all of these incidents are true. Give me the justice for all my calls, wasted time, internet, and the money they deducted from me since May 18th.
