Unfair Tax Charges By Temu

I was about to place an order on Temu when I encountered a serious issue regarding the tax charges. The app mentions that a 60% tax will be applied, but when I proceeded to the payment page, the tax added was almost 100%, even 101% in some cases. This is highly misleading and feels like an intentional attempt to deceive customers. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the tax rate may vary depending on the product. However, there is no such information provided in the app — nothing indicates that tax rates differ per item. Moreover, the final tax amount is not clearly shown at checkout, and users must calculate it themselves to notice the discrepancy. I find this lack of transparency unacceptable and very frustrating. I kindly request that this issue be addressed and made more clear for all users.

I already spoke with your customer representative on your live chat, and they didn't say anything helpful. I also have screenshots of the messages I spoke.
