I am experiencing a serious problem with the free products and promotions offered on the Temu app and website. When I try to claim the products shown as free, I am constantly asked to complete different steps and processes. Each time I finish a step, a new condition or additional requirement appears. In the end, it becomes impossible to access the product that is supposedly free, as I keep facing obstacles, and sometimes I am even asked to make a payment or buy another product. This issue applies to both promotions and free products. I have been facing this problem for about two days, and the process just keeps dragging on. I request that the products advertised as free be genuinely provided free of charge, without complicating the process with endless steps, and that if they are to be sent, they should be delivered clearly and directly. I also tried to reach Temu customer service through the chat number but could not get through.
