The items I bought on Temu went on sale the very next day after my order arrived. What can I do about the price difference?

Although Temu doesn't have automated price adjustments, you can try using their "Request Price Adjustment" feature to recover the price difference. How to do it is as follows:

• Launch the Temu app, then select "Your Orders."
• Locate the particular order that has the discounted items in it (keep in mind that it needs to be placed within 30 days of your purchase).
• If qualified, the order itself will have a "Request Price Adjustment" option next to it. Watch out for that option, as not all orders or products qualify.
• To submit your request, click "Request Price Adjustment" and adhere to the on-screen directions.
If there is a Temu credit balance refund available, pick it. This usually completes the process far more quickly than other refund options.

This is your best chance to receive a refund for the price difference, though there's no guarantee. Please contact Temu customer service and explain your situation if the "Request Price Adjustment" option isn't available. They could be able to provide different options.
