Temu Removed My Discounted Products From Cart and Issued an Incomplete Refund
I made two different orders on Temu and got a discount coupon for the items I wanted to purchase. I put the items in my cart, but when I went to buy them, the discount was gone, and one of the products got taken out of my cart too. I was annoyed, so I canceled the orders and thought I’d get my money back completely. But, instead of the ₺600 refund I was told I would get, I only got ₺200. It seems like Temu attracts shoppers with discounts and credit points, but then creates issues during and after the shopping experience. This situation has made me feel deceived, and I expect my refunds to be handled correctly and quickly. If this problem isn't sorted out, I'll have to take legal steps to make sure my rights are protected.
