Temu Credit Disappeared - Missing Refund After Order
On September 29, 2025, I placed an order worth ₺2,145 through Temu. Between October 1–6, the credit amount was loaded into my account, but now my credit balance no longer appears. The phone number linked to my order is 05419294***. I completed my payment smoothly with a credit card. Since I could not reach Temu’s contact information, I was unable to get support, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I request that my credit amount be reloaded to my account in full in a single transaction.
