Temu Won't Refund My Money or Update the Status of My Orders After 10 Days

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with my Temu orders. I’ve been waiting for weeks, and there’s been absolutely no indication of any progress. My order status hasn't changed in the last 10 days. I contacted customer service seeking clarity or a refund, but instead, I was met with confusion and delays. They acknowledged that my orders haven't shipped yet, but they couldn't provide any information on their whereabouts. It's hard to believe a company wouldn't keep tabs on its own shipments. I requested a refund, yet I find myself still without any clarity or solution. This experience has been incredibly draining and simply not acceptable. I anticipated a higher standard from a well-known platform such as Temu.
