I made a purchase on the Temu app on May 23. The product was labeled as “expedited delivery” and was guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days. It's June 26, and I'm still waiting for an update on my order. I have no updates on whether it has been shipped or its current location. The constant barrage of messages I get from Temu—whether it's through the app, via email, or even text—only adds to my frustration. Even with all these alerts, I still can't reach a real person. It’s frustrating to be overwhelmed by automated responses without any real support available. I had low expectations, but I certainly anticipated some basic communication.
