Temu Promised Expedited Delivery but I Never Got My Order
I made a purchase on the Temu app on May 23. The product was labeled as “expedited delivery” and was guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days. It's June 26, and I'm still waiting for an update on my order. I have no updates on whether it has been shipped or its current location. The constant barrage of messages I get from Temu—whether it's through the app, via email, or even text—only adds to my frustration. Even with all these alerts, I still can't reach a real person. It’s frustrating to be overwhelmed by automated responses without any real support available. I had low expectations, but I certainly anticipated some basic communication. Please either deliver my product or issue a refund for my money.
They give me some answers, but when using Temu in English or sending messages, they use the Turkish menu at length. I have already deleted their app; it doesn't make sense to shop under any circumstances. They are issuing a refund, but out of the 1,921.28 I paid, only 1,080 TL was refunded to me. They say the fee for the product, which has not been delivered and is still shown as not passed through customs in Georgia, has been deducted. Who knows how many people before me have experienced this?
