Temu Return Approved but No Refund Issued
On October 30, 2025, I placed an order on Temu for two items: “1 piece of 500mm/19.68in Aluminum Tube – 6063 T6 Grade” and a “304 stainless steel hollow round rod.” I paid 213.93 TL and 340.32 TL for these products (Order No: PO-203-171*****222391291). When the items arrived, I realized they were not suitable for my needs, so on November 10, 2025, I initiated a return request and sent the products back exactly as instructed by Temu.
Temu confirmed that the returned items were received; however, my refund was denied without any explanation. I contacted customer service four separate times through live chat, but my issue was not resolved and no clear reason was provided. I have had similar problems with Temu before, and once again no solution was offered. At this point, I no longer have the products, and the amount I paid has not been refunded. Additionally, I was never properly informed about the return or guarantee terms.
I am requesting a refund of the 213.93 TL and 340.32 TL I paid, and I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
