On 22 May 2026, I placed an order on Temu for two kettles and a belt. Due to what I consider to be a misleading advertisement, I decided to cancel the order on the same day. Although I cancelled within the stated time and was informed that I would receive a refund, no refund has been made to my account, even though the due date for the refund has already passed. I contacted Temu customer service about the missing refund. They only apologised and asked me to send my bank statement as proof, which I provided. Despite this, I have not received any clear information about when my money will be refunded, nor was I given any specific date or time frame. I request that Temu immediately processes the full refund for the two kettles and the belt and, given the delay and the inconvenience caused by the misleading advertisement and the unresolved refund, also provides appropriate compensation.
