Temu Refund Delayed - No Customer Support Response

I am writing this complaint because I am extremely angry and disappointed with Temu regarding a refund that I still have not received. I am in South Africa and on 26 May 2026 I made a payment for an order, which later required a refund of R399. Despite the time that has passed since then, the refund has not been paid back to me. What makes this situation even worse is that I do not have proper access to Temu customer service, so I have not been able to get any clear answer or assistance about where my money is or when I will receive it. As a result, my money is stuck with Temu with no explanation and no support, which is completely unacceptable. I demand that my refund of R399 be processed and paid back to me immediately and that I be given a clear confirmation and explanation for this delay. I also expect Temu to improve its customer service access in South Africa so that customers are not left alone and ignored in situations like this.
