Temu Refunds Not Received After Order Cancellation

I am a Temu customer in Johannesburg, South Africa, and I am extremely frustrated about two refunds that I have still not received and the poor communication around them. On 28 November 2025 I cancelled two orders with the following order numbers: PO-184-19709895550073206-D01 and PO-184-19709981376633206-D01. Temu indicated that the refunds would be added to my Temu Credit account on the same day, so I waited for that credit to reflect. Because I trusted that the refund would be available in my Temu Credit, I placed new orders thinking the amounts would be paid from that credit. Instead, Temu debited my bank account. Due to the ongoing confusion and frustration, I then requested refunds again for those new orders and, this time, I accepted the longer refund option so that the money could be paid back into my bank account within about two weeks. Despite all of this, the original refunds of R150 and R156 from the orders cancelled on 28 November have still not reflected anywhere. I keep being told that the refunds have been processed, but I have never received clear information about into which account they were paid, and no money has appeared either in my Temu Credit account or in my bank account. I have now been struggling with this issue for about three weeks and have found it impossible to get proper assistance through Temu’s communication channels. I request that Temu urgently investigate these two cancelled orders and confirm exactly where the refunds were sent, and that the total amount of R306 be immediately paid to me, either into my Temu Credit account as originally promised or directly into my bank account. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with these refunds and why I was repeatedly told they had been processed when I have received nothing.
