The company named Temu said they would issue a refund after the product was canceled, but it's been a month and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, but all I get are automated responses or empty promises. Every day, they stall people with lies. It’s very frustrating to feel ignored and helpless. Thousands of people are in the same situation. Many of us trusted this platform because it advertised heavily and appeared reliable. The government, Presidential Communication Center, and the Ministry of Trade need to step in urgently. I don’t understand how companies like this are still allowed to operate in Turkey.
