Temu Order PO-147-19299068951670713 Arrived Completely Damaged
I ordered women’s accessories from Temu on the 7th and received my order on the 18th in Nigeria. When I opened the package, I saw that the items were very damaged and not in a usable condition. I immediately contacted Temu customer service and explained the situation, including that the products arrived already damaged. Their response was that I should request a return/refund, but that the shipping costs for returning the damaged items would be paid by me. I find this unfair, because the products were delivered to me in a damaged state and I am not responsible for this condition. My order number is PO-147-19299068951670713. I am requesting a full refund of my order without having to pay any return shipping fees, or another solution where I do not incur any additional cost due to the damaged delivery. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
