Temu Refund Dispute - Credit Card and Internal Balance

I returned the product from my Temu order number PO-203-16338167281270009 within the legal return period because it was too short. The total amount of the item is ₺433.11. It has been about 20 days since I initiated the return, but the refund has not been credited to my original payment method, which is my credit card. I contacted Temu customer service multiple times during this process. Each time, they expressed regret and said the process was ongoing, but they kept stalling. I provided my credit card details again and requested that the refund be issued to the same card. However, Temu insists on transferring the refund to their internal balance. I used my legal right to return the product and met all requirements, yet I am being treated unfairly. I request that my refund be issued to the credit card I used for the purchase as soon as possible.

Yes, in the end, I was refunded as Temu credit. But I wanted a refund to the credit card I used for payment. They did not refund to my credit card. So I had to accept the refund as Temu credit.
