Temu Order Not Delivered and Misleading Updates Complaint

Temu makes fake promises and provides misleading updates, along with very poor customer support. As shown in the attached evidence, they kept replying with different promises and updates, repeatedly confirming that my order (No: PO-209-06958272860792972, Package: BG-26031595Z6MEKTN6) would be delivered soon despite delays. They first claimed it couldn’t be delivered on time but would arrive shortly, then suddenly issued a refund while still confirming the order was supposedly valid. They justified this by saying they were not receiving updates from the cargo company, which is hard to believe. After 20 days of follow-up, they finally said the package might not be sent at all and advised me to place a new order. However, how can I trust placing a new order when delivery is uncertain and prices have changed? I also lost time waiting for the original package. This is extremely poor treatment, and I strongly advise others to avoid buying from them.
