Temu - No Courier and Tracking Available

I am a frequent Temu customer and I am writing because 4 of my recent packages are missing even though they are shown as delivered. The delivery photos in the tracking do not belong to my address, and I personally walked along 3 different streets to look for the packages but could not find them. My delivery address in my Temu profile is correct and has been the same for months: 29**1 US Hwy 19 N, Lot #9*, Clearwater, Florida 33***. I have not used my previous Buffalo, NY address for about 5 months. These delivery problems started around March 2026, and the packages in question were marked as delivered within approximately the last 2–3 weeks. The missing orders contain several pieces of jewelry, clip-on earrings, several wigs, a strapless bra, eyelashes and rings. I place orders almost every day and I estimate that the total value of these missing packages is around 75–80 dollars, and I currently have about another 100 dollars’ worth of orders that have just been shipped. The tracking for the missing packages either shows “delivered” with photos that are not my address, or says that tracking is unavailable. This situation is very stressful for me, especially because I am disabled and walking around different streets trying to find my parcels has made me feel unwell. I have tried many times to reach the carrier and the sellers, but they have not responded or communicated with me, and I have not received a proper reply from Temu customer service either. I am also very worried about my next 4–5 orders that are already on the way, because if they are also misdelivered, the financial and emotional impact on me will be even worse. I kindly request that you resolve this issue by replacing or refunding all of the orders that were shown as delivered within the last 2–3 weeks but never reached my address, and by ensuring that my current and future shipments are delivered correctly to my Clearwater, FL address. I am a loyal customer who orders frequently and I have spent a significant amount recently, and I would like this delivery problem to be investigated and corrected as soon as possible.
