I placed an order on Temu for a tool kit. In the same order, I paid by card for two tool kits, one with 46 pieces and the other with 106 pieces. My order number is 5748*2206.
I waited more than a month for the delivery, and when the package finally arrived today, only the 46-piece tool kit was inside. The 106-piece tool kit was not included at all, even though I paid for it. As a result, my order was delivered incompletely, despite full payment.
I reported the issue to Temu via email, but I only received responses in English that were unclear and did not provide a concrete solution. I have wasted a significant amount of time and still have not received the product I paid for.
I am requesting that Temu send the missing 106-piece tool kit as soon as possible, since it was fully paid for and never delivered.
