Temu Missing Product From Order - Paid For Two, Only One Delivered

I purchased a total of two products from Temu. Each product cost ₺809, and with the installment payment, I paid a total of ₺1,618. However, when my package was delivered, only one product was sent to me—the other was missing from the package. I submitted all the evidence to Temu, including my tracking number and shipment photos. I also have images from the courier branch clearly showing that the package contained only one item. Despite this, Temu customer service refused my request, stating they would neither issue a refund nor resend the missing product. For nearly 15 days, I have been messaging Temu repeatedly, explaining the same situation over and over, and I feel exhausted because no solution has been provided. This has been a very bad and trust-damaging experience for me. My order number is PO-203-12439256041593057. I paid the full amount for two products, yet only one was delivered. I request a refund for the missing product or that the missing item be shipped to me as soon as possible.
