I am extremely dissatisfied with Melbet’s customer service and the deposit process I experienced. On December 11, 2025, I deposited money into my account, but despite a significant amount of time passing, the funds have still not been credited to my balance.
I contacted customer support regarding this issue and clearly explained the situation by sharing screenshots. However, the representative gave irrelevant and dismissive responses and did not address my actual problem. I was given no clear explanation about my transaction and no understandable information about when or whether the issue would be resolved. Throughout this process, I felt completely ignored as a customer.
I use Melbet under the username “ bey”**, and I am currently experiencing financial harm because my deposit has not been credited. I demand that the money I deposited be credited to my account immediately, and that Melbet investigate the conduct of the customer service representatives I dealt with, so other users do not experience the same frustration and loss.
