As the waiting period kept getting longer, Melbet then began requesting various documents from me. I am willing to prepare and submit these documents; however, as the process continues, I strongly feel that unnecessary obstacles are being created to avoid paying out my winnings. The constant extension of deadlines without a clear explanation, followed by sudden document requests, has completely undermined my trust.
