Yesterday between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, I experienced a serious issue while trying to deposit money into my Melbet account. First, I tried to create a deposit request using the 24/7 FAST transfer method, but I could not send the money because there was an error or restriction on the provided IBAN. After that, I tried using the quick bank transfer method. In this attempt, I first sent $860, and when I tried to confirm the request, I received an error saying that this method was no longer available, and I could not complete the deposit request.
I sent the $860 from my Ziraat Bank account ending in 5002 to the Halkbank account registered to Oğuzhan Yalçın with IBAN ending in 2036. Melbet assigned Ticket number 10612077 for this transaction, and I have the PDF receipt as proof.
When I spoke with live support, they first told me to wait 12 hours, then 2 days, and later 10 days. However, my funds still have not been credited to my Melbet account, and the issue remains unresolved.
I request that the $860 I transferred be credited to my Melbet account in full as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of this problem and its resolution.
I wanted to invest 30,000 TRY on the Melbet site, where I have placed betting transactions close to 900,000 TRY over approximately 1.5 months, using the FAST bank transfer method on 09.12.2025. I completed the money transfer, but on the request creation screen the transaction page closed before I could confirm the request, so I could not open the investment request through the system.
I then explained the situation to live support, was given a ticket number, and was told I needed to wait first 2 days, then 7 days, and then 10 days for the transaction to be completed. As of today, 13 days have passed and the 30,000 TRY I sent has still not been credited to my Melbet account, and no clear response has been provided regarding the process.
Even though I am a user who makes such high‑value transactions in a short time, being subjected to this prolonged inconvenience due to a problem entirely caused by the site demonstrates Melbet’s lack of seriousness and inadequacy in its issue‑resolution processes.
I demand that the 30,000 TRY investment I sent be processed immediately, that the full amount be transferred to my account, and that the hardship I have endured be remedied.
