Temu Does Not Refund Money

I bought an Attack Shark X3X3 mouse through TEMU, but it turned out to be defective, so I returned it. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. Whenever I contact customer service, they just respond with automated messages and avoid addressing the issue directly. I even provided tracking information and proof of return, but nothing has changed. They are refusing to give me my money back and instead are trying to offer me a TEMU credit that’s only half the amount I originally paid. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend shopping from TEMU based on this experience, and I will be sharing my situation through the necessary channels.
