Temu Claimed to Refund My Return but No Money Was Received
I want to talk about my bad experience with Temu’s return process. I sent back my products, but I still haven't received my refund, even though the Temu platform says it was “refunded.” I reached out to them, and all they keep saying is to check with my bank, but I still don’t see any refund in my account. This seems off, and the help I've gotten hasn't been useful. I found it really hard to get through to their live chat service, and when I finally did, the answers were unclear and didn’t help at all. Please process my refund back to my account as promised, without any more excuses or delays. Thank you.
