Vivo V50 5G Lacks Promised Camera Features Despite Zeiss Branding
I purchased the Vivo V50 5G from Media Markt about three months ago, paying $1,040. The phone was heavily promoted as being developed in partnership with Zeiss and offering superior camera performance. However, on the very first day of using the device, I realized that despite the Zeiss branding, the phone does not have a telephoto (optical zoom) lens.
This was a major disappointment for me. I believe the Zeiss label is being used merely as a marketing tactic. When I spoke with customer service, they confirmed that the phone simply does not include this feature and that it was manufactured this way.
I want the public to be informed about this. Using the Zeiss brand on devices that do not actually provide advanced camera capabilities is misleading marketing, and consumers deserve to know. I do not want anyone else to be misled by exaggerated camera claims. I am expecting an explanation.
