Temu Hasn't Refunded My Canceled Order Even Though the Deadline Has Passed

I made a purchase from Temu on February 10 and canceled it immediately. My refund was supposed to be processed by March 12 at the latest, but today is March 18, and I still haven't received it. I reach out every day, but I keep getting the same response without any real solution. Temu has been a huge disappointment. They keep saying my refund is being processed, but clearly, nothing is happening. If a company can take my money instantly, there’s no excuse for a refund to take this long. I urgently request my refund to be processed immediately. This whole process has been quite frustrating and has taken far too long.
