Temu Didn't Refund My Canceled Order Even Though They Claimed It Was Processed
I bought a product on February 14 from Temu and canceled it right away, but my refund hasn't been processed yet. Despite their assertion that the refund was processed on the same day, I have yet to see the money returned to my account. I’ve reached out to customer service several times, yet I continue to receive the same standard replies without any actual resolution. I'm really confused about why it takes so long to get a refund for a canceled order. I feel like I've been charged for something I never got, and that just doesn't seem right. This experience is unacceptable for any consumer. I look forward to having my refund processed promptly. If this issue isn't addressed, I will need to take further action.
You haven't solved anything. All you know is to say dear customer and stall people. It's been 34 days without any solution.
