Despite their assertion that the refund was processed on the same day, I have yet to see the money returned to my account. I’ve reached out to customer service several times, yet I continue to receive the same standard replies without any actual resolution. I'm really confused about why it takes so long to get a refund for a canceled order. I feel like I've been charged for something I never got, and that just doesn't seem right.
