Temu Did Not Refund Me After I Canceled My Order Within 10 Minutes

I totally regret buying stuff on Temu. I canceled my order only 10 minutes after I made it, but it's been over two months now and I still haven't gotten my refund. I contact them nearly every day through email, and every time I get the same unclear replies like “we’re looking into it” or “we’re waiting for feedback from the right department.” Right now, it seems like I'm just being led on. What really gets to me is how they pretend to be a super professional company, but their actions just don’t show it at all. I really didn’t think a platform that deals with international orders would act like this. I want to share what I've gone through so that others can make better choices before they shop on Temu.
