I accidentally ordered a pair of children’s shoes from Temu and canceled the order just a minute later. On April 18, 2025, I was informed that the refund had been processed and should appear in my account by May 18. Unfortunately, there was no response. I reached out to Temu’s customer service several times, but every time I got the same standard response saying the refund was processed, putting the blame on my bank for the delay. I provided two months of bank statements indicating no refund and even initiated a dispute with my bank, yet there has been no resolution. When I inquired with Temu about the card to which the refund was sent, they declined to provide that information. I feel utterly overlooked and powerless.

This is an e-commerce site that should be strictly avoided. When you are waiting for a refund, their artificial intelligence customer service will keep giving you the same answers according to a certain algorithm until you get fed up.
