Temu Did Not Refund Me After I Canceled a Kids Shoe Order Within One Minute

I accidentally ordered a pair of children’s shoes from Temu but managed to cancel the order within a minute. On April 18, 2025, I was informed that the refund for this cancellation had been issued and that it would be reflected in my financial institution’s records by May 18 at the latest. However, I have neither received a refund nor any further updates. I contacted Temu customer service multiple times, but each time I received the same automated response: "Your refund has been issued by us, but it may not have been reflected yet due to your financial institution." I sent my past two months’ bank statements to Temu and also filed a dispute with my bank, but still, no refund has been made. When I asked Temu to provide the card number to which the refund was supposedly issued, they refused to do so.
