Temu Closed My Refund Window on Items I Never Got

I placed an order with Temu that included some electronic items, which I never received, even though I paid for them and they were intended as Christmas gifts. I reported the missing items before the deadline shown in the app, which was 5 December, but when I recently checked online, it now says that I can no longer request a refund because the time limit has passed. I have been waiting for about four to five months for this refund and still have not received anything for the missing products, which are worth about 28 dollars in total. On top of this, I am currently unable to log into my Temu account properly because of the verification puzzle. The slider only moves sideways and will not go up to fit the puzzle piece, so I keep failing the verification, and I cannot access my account. This situation is very frustrating, because it prevents me from following up on the refund request for the items I never received, even though I tried to deal with the problem within the time period shown by Temu. I request that Temu refund me for the missing electronic items, despite the system now showing that the refund deadline has passed, because I did report the issue before 5 December. I also request that my account access issue with the verification puzzle be resolved so that I can log into my Temu account normally and manage my orders and refunds without these technical problems.
