Temu Hasn’t Refunded My Credit Card for Two Orders Despite Approved Refund Status

I initiated refund requests for two different orders I placed through the Temu shopping platform, but although several days have passed, no refund has been made. I paid for both orders by credit card and was clearly informed that the refunds would be returned to my credit card, yet this commitment has not been fulfilled. Even though all refund and tracking details for both orders appear correctly in the system, the money has still not been transferred to my account, which gives the impression that the process is being deliberately prolonged. I also contacted customer service, but no concrete solution was offered; I only felt stalled and no real step was taken to resolve the issue. I request that the refunds for my two separate orders be paid to my credit card without further delay and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation regarding the reason for this delay.
