Temu Charging for “Free” Items But Never Delivering Orders — Ongoing Scam Complaint

I placed an order on Temu for several items, including false eyelashes, bracelets, adjustable collars, dental tools, and a shirt holder. My order number is PO-203-06269871158390917. Although the products were advertised as free gifts or promotional items, I was still charged for them, and the products were never delivered. This issue has been happening with every recent order, and there is no way to reach Temu customer service for assistance.

All payments were made via credit card, and my delivery address is in Gebze, Kocaeli. Since the products never arrived, I’ve had to request a refund each time, and while my bank eventually processes the refund, the problem keeps repeating — no items are ever delivered.

I request that this issue be permanently resolved — either by ensuring the products are actually shipped or by ending these misleading practices that cause ongoing customer frustration and loss of trust.
