Temu Charged My Card Without Purchase - I Did Not Get a Refund
On February 19, 2025, two items added to my cart on Temu were charged to my VakıfBank credit card without completing the purchase. I immediately canceled the transaction through Temu, but I still have not received my money back. While Temu claims the refund has been processed, VakıfBank states there is no such refund. Why is Temu charging my credit card for items only in the cart, and why is the bank not sending me an authorization code? At that moment, it felt like if Temu had attempted to charge my entire credit limit, VakıfBank would have processed the payment without question. This situation raises serious concerns about trust between Temu and VakıfBank.
