Temu Did Not Process My Refund After Purchase Cancellation
On 28.02.2025, I made a purchase on Temu.com using my virtual card linked to my Yapı Kredi World Eko Card and canceled it on the same day. Temu provided a document stating that the refund had been processed. However, Yapı Kredi Bank claims that no such refund was received from Temu and has not transferred the amount to my account. Temu insists that the refund was completed. Since it is a virtual card, the bank did not accept my dispute through internet banking and directed me to customer service, but they were also unhelpful. I request the refund of ₺986.14 to my account and demand that Temu return my money.
After my spending objection, the money was refunded to my card.
