I placed an order from Temu consisting of four items, but the package delivered by MNG Kargo contained only two. I requested a refund for the missing items, but my request was denied. Temu claimed they checked the warehouse and found no discrepancies.
I have no way to properly address this issue since their support system only provides automated bot responses. Despite not receiving two of my items, Temu charged me for the full order, leaving me with no resolution.
If you don’t want to waste your money, avoid using Temu. I demand an immediate refund for the items I never received and proper customer support to address my complaint. This experience has been frustrating and unfair.
