Temu Delivered My Order With Missing Items and Refused to Take Responsibility

I made three orders from Temu, and MNG Kargo delivered two of them. Unfortunately, the first package was missing one item, and the second package had two items missing as well. I reached out to both MNG Kargo and Temu, but unfortunately, neither accepted responsibility for the missing products. Even after sharing all the required information, I was unable to receive a definitive answer from either side. This experience has been frustrating, as I anticipated a dependable shopping and delivery process. If Temu collaborates with a shipping company, they must guarantee a smooth experience and take accountability when issues arise. I hope they enhance their customer service and handle issues like this more effectively moving forward.
