I Ordered a Watch from Temu, Was Charged but My Order Was Never Confirmed

I ordered a watch from Temu and paid ₺650, but my order was never confirmed. Despite this, the amount was still withdrawn from my bank account. For 20 days, I’ve been stuck dealing with this issue. The bank tells me the money left their system, so I need to resolve it with Temu. However, Temu keeps giving me pointless responses and dragging out the process without any real help. This has been extremely frustrating. I want my money refunded immediately and the problem resolved. Temu needs to take responsibility and stop wasting customers’ time.
