I Face Refund Refusal After Returning Breast Pump on Temu

On September 8, 2025, I purchased a breast pump through Temu. Since we did not like the product, we decided to return it. I followed all the return procedures correctly — I obtained the return code, used Aras Kargo for shipment, and kept the delivery details. According to the system, the return package was delivered on September 10, 2025, although the cargo system does not clearly show the exact delivery address. In Temu’s own system, the registered business address appears as Yeşille Mahallesi Yunus Emre Caddesi No 8/1 Kağıthane/İstanbul. My order number is 5196*******26, and the refund amount is ₺1,066.

Despite clear proof of delivery, the seller insists they never received the product and refuses to refund either the item or the payment. I provided Temu with all supporting evidence, including the tracking number and shipping documents, yet Temu customer service closed the case, stating the seller rejected the return. The seller, T** B**********, has blocked us on Instagram and other platforms, and we cannot get any response.

This experience is both unfair and unacceptable. Temu publicly states it offers a 90-day return guarantee, and yet my refund request was ignored.

I demand that Temu honor its 90-day return policy and immediately process my refund of ₺1,066. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action and escalate my complaint to all relevant authorities and consumer platforms.
