I Face Partial Refund Issue on Temu After Returning 5 Items

I recently purchased 5 items from Temu, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with any of them. Following their return policy, I promptly returned all 5 products through DHL. While a portion of my payment was refunded, a significant amount—₺1,350.19—has yet to be returned to my account.

Despite reaching out to Temu’s customer service multiple times, I have only received automated responses that do not address my specific issue. This lack of human support and clear communication has left me frustrated and disappointed. I trusted Temu’s return process, but the incomplete refund shows a lack of responsibility and reliability.

The financial loss and the time I’ve spent trying to resolve this issue have created emotional distress. I expect Temu to immediately process the remaining ₺1,350.19 refund and provide a clear explanation for the delay.

Please improve your customer support system and ensure that customers who follow your return policy receive their full refunds without unnecessary hassle. I urge you to resolve this matter without further delay.
