Documents Showing Temu.com Transferred $70 From Me
I placed several orders for clothes, health and beauty products, and household items, including a rug, through Temu.com from Wise, VA. A total of $70 was taken from my Chime Visa card, and according to my bank, this amount was transferred to a secure checking account on 12/31/25. I have documents and proof of this transaction. Despite the payment being taken, I did not receive the items I ordered. I have already tried to share my documents once, but I did not receive any response from Temu, and my issue remains unresolved. I request that this situation be urgently reviewed and that either my ordered items be delivered or a full refund of $70 be issued to my Chime Visa card as soon as possible.
