Unlock My Bonus Please

I am using the Parimatch Android application and on 14/06/2026 I deposited 300 into my account. After this deposit, the amount went into the bonus balance, and now I am unable to place bets. The app keeps showing that the money is locked in the bonus and I cannot use it. I tried to contact Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I am not able to reach them or get any help. Because of this, my 300 is stuck in the bonus balance and I am unable to use or withdraw it. I request that my bonus balance be unlocked and that the 300 I deposited be made fully usable in my account so that I can place bets normally. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
