Withdrawal Pending For 17 Days And Cancellation Ticket Ignored

I submitted a withdrawal request of 4,084 via UPI to my Jio Payments Bank account on June 1, 2026 through Parimatch. As of today, 17 days have passed and the funds have still not been received, which I find completely unacceptable for a financial transaction. Because of this delay, I raised a cancellation ticket on June 1, 2026 so that the withdrawal could be cancelled and the amount returned to my Parimatch balance. That ticket was created under number 105554333, but it has remained unresolved and shows as assigned to a person who has been inactive for around 16 days, so my issue has effectively been left unattended. When I contacted Parimatch support, I was told that my request had been forwarded to the billing department for review and that I should wait for their response. Since then, there has been no concrete update, no clear explanation of the cause of the delay, and no timeline for resolution, even though a financial transaction has been pending for more than two weeks. This level of service is extremely disappointing. I request that the withdrawal request be cancelled immediately and the full amount of 4,084 be promptly refunded back to my Parimatch balance, along with a clear written explanation of the delay and confirmation of the action taken. If this is not resolved without any further delay, I will have to consider escalating this matter to the relevant authorities and consumer platforms.
