Of course, no one called or asked, Teka should be avoided, unfortunately they do not stand behind their product, and they are not hesitant to send broken and defective products.

The glass on the range hood I ordered from Teka arrived broken, and to make matters worse, the package had clearly been opened multiple times before. They sent not a sealed package as was expected. Teka declines to provide a replacement, a refund, or a free glass replacement instead of owning responsibility for their product. Before installation could even start, I was left with a broken good. I have not gotten any useful response although reaching out several times. I have already acted legally since this lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I will follow my rights to the most extent. A corporation lacking this kind of consistency in its products does not deserve consumer confidence.
