Problems with Replacing a Defective TEKA Hood


The glass on the range hood I ordered from Teka arrived broken, and to make matters worse, the package had clearly been opened multiple times before. They sent not a sealed package as was expected. Teka declines to provide a replacement, a refund, or a free glass replacement instead of owning responsibility for their product. Before installation could even start, I was left with a broken good. I have not gotten any useful response although reaching out several times. I have already acted legally since this lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I will follow my rights to the most extent. A corporation lacking this kind of consistency in its products does not deserve consumer confidence.
