Problems with Replacing a Defective TEKA Hood


The hood was broken in the built-in set sent by Horoz Logistics, which I bought from Teka, and a service form was created for this. I gave approval for the replacement, but Teka keeps me waiting despite my repeated requests. It’s been two weeks now. Actually, my experiences with the company are much longer and more detailed, but I don’t want to go into a long explanation. They are not professional at all, and you have to work incredibly hard to get support for any issue. First of all, there is no communication coordination between the company, authorized service, and the dealer. One says one thing, and the other says something else. You’re also required to manage the communication between them. I’m sure if I hadn’t made this complaint or insisted on it, the company would never have gotten back to me and said the replacement was approved. This is the first time I’m using this brand, and I’m sure the after-sales service in other countries is much better, but the after-sales service in Turkey is a complete disaster. I demand that the broken hood, documented with the service form dated 11.01.2025, be replaced immediately!
