Problems with Replacing a Defective TEKA Hood

Because the seller, service, and customer support for Teka products haven't been taking things seriously, it's been causing some problems. I bought three built-in ovens, a hood, and a set of cooktops from Teka. A courier brought me the products. Because the kitchen construction was scheduled for a later date, I decided to keep the goods in my own space. Once the kitchens were prepared, I asked the service to come and install them. When they came to install everything, we found out that two out of three unpacked items were damaged. And to make matters worse, one of the ovens didn't even have the button in the box, like the service said it would. They made a report about the damage. They even sold me a charcoal filter for the hood that doesn't work. I told the main office and the seller about this. I reached out to Teka customer service and mentioned that I might consider buying new devices from a different brand. Even though they said they would replace it in 2 weeks, it's been about 1.5 months and I still haven't found a solution. Once, a customer service manager just hung up on me, and now I found out that they won't be replacing the devices. I've decided to talk about how unhappy I am with the company I worked with and their constant failures.
