TEKA Hood Bulb Replacement Required Every Year

Teka doesn't provide support for its products. For instance, the lightbulb in my kitchen hood always keeps going out. They overcharge for the replacement, which includes the cost of both the service and materials. The light bulb that was changed a year ago has burnt out once more. We're stuck in the same routine again.

This brand is the only one where I have to replace the bulb every year. I have three different hoods, and some of them are from lesser-known brands. Whenever I contact customer support, they respond in a way that seems like they're joking around. They treat electronics like a gamble. I've personally experienced this with this brand, specifically.

Well, I have to write here. If Teka doesn't take action right away and send someone to fix the issue mentioned in this review (and pay for the service and materials), then I won't accept it. It's not okay to have to change a bulb every year.

If they're doing it for free, then let them come. Also, make sure they give me a warranty that lasts for at least 3 years. And have the service come and do a full maintenance. They completely cover the situation, acting like they did a thorough technical service, and the customer support rep claims that based on the records, they only replaced the bulb.
