Tefal Nutricook Pressure Cooker Developed Stains After Just Two Uses

On November 15, 2024, we purchased a Nutricook pressure cooker from the Tefal store at İzmir Forum Bornova. We chose it trusting the Tefal brand, but to our surprise, stains appeared on the bottom of the cooker after just the second use. It's hard to comprehend encountering such an issue so quickly after spending so much money. For years, we’ve used a no-name brand pressure cooker without any problems, but Tefal has let us down. How can stains appear on a cooker after just two uses? If we can’t trust Tefal, which brand can we trust for our purchases? I hope Tefal takes appropriate action and resolves our grievance in a way that suits their reputation.
